I was thrilled with the hotel's excellent location, just a stone's throw away from incredible attractions like the Gateway Arch and Busch Stadium. The staff was incredibly polite and cheerful, making my stay incredibly pleasant. However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired with exceptionally dirty front and back doors and the absence of outside-facing windows. Having plenty of towels and washcloths was a great touch, though.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were cozy and very quiet, located on the 5th floor overlooking the pool and breakfast area. It was super convenient being central and close to everything, especially the happy hour buffet, breakfast buffet, and hot tub.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring downtown with quick access to attractions like the Arch and Ballpark Village. The rooms are exceptional in comfort and amenities but unfortunately were not cleaned to standard. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The on-site dining had some limitations but overall was good. The hotel facilities were well-equipped and overall a good value for the money.
